This is a US- based remote position that will be work in CST/EST hours. This position could extend up to 3/31/2026.

As an Outbound Telesales Representative, you will:
- Engage with prospective non-profit clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Present tailored technology solutions that address client pain points and drive efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the non-profit sector.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
- 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience.
- Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions and security products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
