Unleash Your Creative Vision: Lead Designer Opportunity with a Global Icon Become a driving force in shaping the future of streetwear and lifestyle for a renowned global brand. As a Lead Designer, you’ll craft compelling narratives through color and graphics, influencing collections that resonate with diverse audiences across the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) region. This is your chance to leave an indelible mark on a cultural icon.

As a Lead Designer, you’ll:

  • Spearhead the color and graphic design direction for footwear and apparel collections, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Develop compelling narratives that connect with the Streetwear and Lifestyle consumer in the APLA region, focusing on key cities within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and fellow designers, to bring your vision to life.
  • Conduct thorough consumer and trend research to inform design decisions and ensure relevance in the target markets.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing design reviews, product CAD, and tech pack creation.
  • Present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders, effectively communicating your vision and rationale.

Must-Haves:

  • BA/BFA/MA/MFA/Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Graphic Design, Color Design, or Product Design.
  • Proven ability to create concepts, iterate, and collaborate within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong understanding of head-to-toe design expression, encompassing both footwear and apparel.
  • Deep connection to contemporary art & design, sport, and streetwear trends.
  • Proficient in Mac platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio showcasing past work, storytelling, footwear, Streetwear and Lifestyle, and/or designing for local markets.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with 3D and AI design tools.
  • Prior experience with the APLA consumer and marketplace, particularly in Japan and South Korea.
