Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered (e.g., PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct operations analyses and recommend improvements.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
