This exciting role offers the chance to:

• Analyze operational plans and procedures, providing technical support to achieve business objectives.
• Advise business groups on initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and integration.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to drive decision-making.
• Conduct operations analyses, focusing on areas like operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered (e.g., PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to conduct operations analyses and recommend improvements.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
