This role will focus on crafting a global repair strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across different regions. You will be the central point of contact, gathering and consolidating information, developing clear roadmaps for stakeholders, and defining the overall global strategy. This project involves close collaboration with regional teams, offering a unique opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives and contribute to a truly global initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive repair strategy and roadmap, aligning with global objectives.
- Consolidate information from various sources, creating a clear and concise overview for stakeholders.
- Design and maintain roadmaps for key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Define the global strategy for repair services, considering regional nuances and market dynamics.
- Capture key learnings and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate success metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for optimization.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant project management experience. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 8 years; Masters + 9 years; Associates degree + 11 years; High School + 12 years.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.41 to $62.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
