We are looking for our Global client. This will be a 4-month hybrid engagement starting the end of August.  As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, conducting in-depth analyses, and recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Your insights will directly impact strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze plans, conduct, and prepare procedures that provide operational and technical support to business operations.
  • Advise business groups on initiative prioritization, integration, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Track, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using the operation’s business scorecard.
  • Conduct operations analyses (e.g., operational effectiveness and capacity utilization) and recommend improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered (e.g., PhD or Law + 3 years; Masters + 4 years; Associate’s degree + 6 years; High School + 7 years).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.59 to $47.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
