Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City or Cupertino.

You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

This role will empower you to craft and execute groundbreaking acquisition marketing strategies. You’ll dive deep into data, optimize campaigns through rigorous A/B testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption of subscription services. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey and maximizing conversion, activation, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of acquisition marketing strategies for subscription services.
  • Optimize marketing programs through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Develop owned channel strategies across the ecosystem to drive awareness, acquisition, and activation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics, business development, design) to improve performance metrics.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Develop a process of continuous improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
  • Define compelling narratives, value propositions, and product benefit messaging.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in acquisition marketing with a focus on subscription business models.
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with various operating systems, digital marketplaces, and services.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.73 to $78.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
