We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager, B2B to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in empowering our Business Development (BD) teams with compelling content and tools that drive advisor engagement and conversion throughout the sales cycle. You’re not just a content creator; you’re a strategic storyteller who can translate complex product information into clear, persuasive materials that resonate with financial advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a strong product marketing background who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact as we scale.

What You’ll Do:
Content & Tool Development: Lead the creation of essential enablement tools and resources for the BD team, including brochures, demos, short videos, advisor testimonials, and case studies. You’ll partner closely with product subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Business Development team to ensure all materials are accurate, insightful, and effective.

Sales Collateral & Presentation Decks: Develop and maintain comprehensive BD presentation decks and sales collateral tailored to various affiliation models and advisor personas. You’ll ensure all materials are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and messaging, collaborating with product managers to develop compelling demos and due diligence materials.

Pipeline Campaign Support: Contribute to our monthly prospect email strategy and support always-on pipeline campaigns (referral, disruption, strategic influencer). This includes highlighting new offerings, advisor success stories, and reinforcing the client’s unique value proposition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a vital liaison between Brand, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Compliance, Business Development, and Product teams. You’ll ensure seamless communication and alignment of go-to-market messaging with the advisor prospect experience.

Readiness & Feedback: Facilitate readiness programs to ensure BD teams are fully prepared to leverage new campaigns and sales materials. You’ll also establish and maintain feedback loops to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of sales outreach.

Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex product concepts into engaging narratives. You’ll be responsible for drafting compelling content concepts, value propositions, and messaging grids that guide design and resonate with our target audience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the financial services industry, with a strong preference for wealth management. You understand the verbiage and nuances of investment platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. You’re adept at drafting compelling content for various formats and audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and marketing specialists.
  • A self-starter who can independently gather information from SMEs, build a compelling story, and develop impactful collateral.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience building and scaling marketing initiatives and collateral.
  • While not mandatory, experience from an agency background or with larger marketing organizations is a plus.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth and professional development as our organization continues to expand. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for product marketing and a desire to empower sales teams, we encourage you to apply!

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
