What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute audit programs and testing procedures aligned with risk and test objectives.
Ensure audit conclusions are thoroughly documented and based on a comprehensive understanding of processes, circumstances, and risks.
Identify and analyze risks, assessing their potential impact on the business.
Recommend control and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively anticipate and address obstacles, developing effective solutions to mitigate challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and technology teams.
Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
3+ years of audit experience
Excellent technical proficiency in auditing and data analysis
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or other data analytics tools (e.g., ACL)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
CPA, CISA, or CIA certification
Big 4 or healthcare industry experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68,400 – $100,400. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Hybrid Role: Denver, CO/Federal Way, WA
