This exciting role offers the chance to:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, visual designers, content writers, and researchers.
- Contribute to the design of cutting-edge software across desktop and mobile platforms.

- Leverage user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions, lead design reviews, and drive design decisions.
- Create design solutions that enhance the user experience across various platforms.
- Translate established design patterns and systems to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Set design schedules, manage project timelines, and communicate project status.
- Conduct primary design activities, create deliverables, and ensure quality assurance.
- Participate in user research efforts and incorporate findings into design solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years of interaction design experience focused on digital products.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process and thinking.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural, and InVision.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with financial services or related industries.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
