As a Talent Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and identify the best talent in the market. You’ll act as a consultant, guiding hiring managers and candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Analyze market trends and leverage data insights to inform sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
- Evaluate and assess candidates through interviews and skills assessments.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring a competitive and compelling package for selected candidates.
- Promote the company’s employer value proposition to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recruiting trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or search firm environment, specializing in technical roles.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of technical skills and experience required for various tech roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with iCIMS or Workday applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of crafting customized recruiting strategies.
- Excellent candidate conversion skills and the ability to market the company as an employer of choice.
