As a Project Manager focused on technology, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of crucial legal and agreement records. Your meticulous approach and collaboration with cross-functional teams will directly contribute to the firm’s operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Dive into a dynamic role where your organizational prowess and attention to detail shine. You will be responsible for researching, reviewing, and managing a large volume of legal and agreement documents, identifying and tracking any missing or incomplete files. Partnering with a broader project team and leadership, you’ll diligently pursue the correct information, ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Your contributions will extend beyond file management, as you may also contribute to other critical business initiatives, such as policy and procedure review and enhancement, or other regulatory or business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Research and review legal and agreement documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and track missing or incomplete files, documenting all applicable information.
- Collaborate with project team members and leadership to obtain missing information or files.
- Inventory, gather, and monitor legal agreements and disclosures in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to other critical business initiatives as needed, including policy and procedure review and other regulatory processes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience working with legal documents and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in file management and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
