Elevate the email marketing strategies of a leading financial services firm as an Email Developer with our client, partnered with Aquent. Drive innovation and create impactful customer experiences through cutting-edge email campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how this client communicates with its customers, ensuring each interaction is engaging, informative, and impactful.
As an Email Developer, you will be responsible for the technical execution and strategic implementation of email marketing campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in email development, dynamic content, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create personalized and effective communications. Your ability to analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success.
What You’ll Do:

• Execute email campaigns with precise customer segmentation, rigorous testing protocols, and flawless technical execution.
• Implement best practices in email development, ensuring compliance with regulations and accessibility standards.
• Set up, test, and launch sophisticated email campaigns featuring dynamic content, troubleshooting HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
• Perform coding and database tasks as needed.
• Drive the modernization and evolution of email design, build, and deployment processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different business groups to resolve issues and develop technical solutions.
• Share your knowledge and mentor fellow team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyze complex business and system requirements, providing innovative technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Confidently interact with business partners at all levels, including senior management.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the business, marketing functions, and industry best practices.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proficient email development experience.
• Expertise in email marketing systems, including template configuration, dynamic content, and data extension queries.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design and development, including platform features.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its channel applications (email, social, SMS), including familiarity with SFDC to SFMC Cloud connectors and campaign tools (Content Builder, Interaction Studio, Campaign Studio).
• Experience with email systems beyond Salesforce.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, and API integration.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Working knowledge of AMPscript, jQuery, and Next.js.
• Prior experience in the financial industry or an ad agency.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
