As a Clinician Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional Physicians, NPs, and PAs with opportunities to make a real difference in patients’ lives. Your expertise in talent acquisition will directly impact the growth and success of our network, ensuring we have the best clinicians to provide high-quality care.
This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to:
- Spearhead the recruitment of Physicians, NPs, PAs, and other licensed clinicians nationwide, building a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians through various channels, including cold calling, database searches, and referrals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including organizational leadership, HR, and operations, to streamline recruitment processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinician employment, effectively communicating our value proposition and addressing candidate inquiries regarding contract terms, compensation, and benefits.
- Negotiate competitive offers and employment agreements, ensuring alignment with market trends and candidate expectations.
- Attend nationwide specialty-specific conferences to network and identify top-tier clinical talent.
- Achieve quarterly recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the network management team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a strong preference for clinician recruitment experience.
- A deep understanding of clinician career paths, motivations, and decision-making factors.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility with a sophisticated clinical audience.
- Strong knowledge of clinician compensation structures, benefits packages, and employment agreements.
- Thorough understanding of clinician licensing requirements and credentialing processes across different states.
- Resilience and a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.16 to $43.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
