As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding the reach of a leading non-profit dedicated to increasing charitable giving across the US. This exciting role blends strategy, creativity, and data analysis. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and collaborate closely with sales and enablement teams to drive conversions. Your analytical skills will be essential as you track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from content creation to post-launch analysis.
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns using various tactics, including events, webinars, email marketing, and CRM insights.
- Design and implement lead nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, maximizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales, enablement, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and goals.
- Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide additional marketing and communication support to the sales team as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the philanthropic or financial sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot).
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud).
- Experience creating content for various marketing materials, including emails, websites, and sales collateral.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.00 to $36.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
