Join a prominent law firm specializing in creditors’ rights as an Associate Attorney and make a significant impact on their foreclosure practice. You will play a key role in supporting clients through the legal foreclosure process, ensuring cases advance efficiently and comply with state laws. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your litigation and case management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for all facets of foreclosure cases, from preparing and reviewing pleadings to representing clients in mediations and hearings. Your expertise will be crucial in upholding the firm’s high standard of legal service and ensuring positive client outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures.
Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings (telephonic and in-person).
Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate
Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client interactions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with contested foreclosures, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
Proficiency with client management systems and electronic communication tools.
A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
