Make an Impact as an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant
Be the driving force behind efficient financial management by leading and participating in all phases of SAP S/4HANA Funds Management implementations. From gathering requirements and blueprinting to configuration, testing, and go-live support, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless financial operations. Collaborate closely with finance, budgeting, and controlling stakeholders, translating their needs into effective SAP FM solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in all phases of SAP S/4HANA Funds Management implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective SAP FM solutions.
Configure and optimize SAP FM functionalities, including FM area, commitment items, fund centers, funds, budget planning, budget control (Availability Control), and actuals posting.
Design and implement integration points between FM and other SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI-GL, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR).
Develop functional specifications for custom developments related to Funds Management.
Conduct user training, prepare training materials, and provide ongoing support.
Troubleshoot and resolve FM-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC Funds Management implementations and support.
In-depth functional knowledge of SAP FM master data, budgeting processes, commitment accounting, and availability control.
Strong understanding of integration points between FM and other core SAP S/4HANA finance and logistics modules.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial processes and design effective SAP solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment, independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with public sector budgeting or grant accounting principles.
SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in Finance/Controlling.
