Product Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Product Developer to join our fashion client for a 2-month onsite engagment in San Francisco starting end of June.  You will be a key liaison between design and production, and instrumental in bringing exciting fashion concepts to life. 
You will act as a crucial link between design and production, ensuring seamless execution of product development. You will be responsible for analyzing costs, managing samples, and collaborating with vendors to bring creative visions to fruition. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage costs throughout the product development process, analyzing data and highlighting discrepancies to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee the sampling and prototyping process, tracking concept samples and collaborating with mills and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for design teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to align product development with creative vision.
• Enter and compile cost information for all styles, maintaining accurate records and supporting informed decision-making.
• Support the execution of product development strategies, contributing to efficient workflows and successful product launches.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in product development, cost analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.64 to $25.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
