Elevate a global leader in clinical diagnostics and life science research as a Digital Designer. Drive impactful marketing campaigns, transforming complex scientific concepts into visually compelling narratives that resonate with global audiences.
As a Digital Designer, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic, global in-house creative team. You will shape the visual identity of groundbreaking products and marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, print, and social media. Your creativity will directly influence how the world perceives cutting-edge scientific advancements.
What You’ll Do:
- Design marketing collateral and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Contribute to the production of design deliverables and asset preparation.
- Maintain visual libraries and documentation systems.
- Collaborate with copywriters and product managers to ensure creative aligns with marketing strategies.
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of professional design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Strong understanding of layout, spacing, and brand consistency.
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
