As a key member of the Digital Stores team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how gamers discover and purchase games, directly impacting the gaming community and contributing to the success of a global entertainment platform. Your expertise in data analysis and pricing strategies will ensure optimal game availability and pricing, maximizing revenue and enhancing the customer experience for millions of players worldwide.
In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with game publishers to bring their titles to market, optimizing pricing and discounts to drive sales. You’ll dive deep into sales data, uncovering trends and insights to inform strategic decisions, and ensure pricing aligns with regional requirements. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Price Check Process (Daily): Monitor and validate game pricing, including discounts and regional variations. Refine processes to handle complex pricing reviews for bundles and expanded regional nuances. Collaborate with internal teams on key game launches and additional validation.
- Internal Discount Reporting (Weekly): Create and maintain accurate monthly promotional reports for financial meetings. Compile and validate internal special offer reporting summaries. Share revenue data with internal gaming teams to enhance sales processes with smaller and indie publishers.
- Publisher Discount Reporting (Monthly): Maintain and enhance monthly and semi-annual discount reports for publisher discussions. Improve the internal look-up file for researching past discounts and validating policies.
- Insight and Recommendation Creation (Ongoing): Analyze promotional performance data and generate actionable insights. Identify opportunities to enhance discounting strategies and maximize revenue impact. Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven recommendations for improving publisher partnerships and customer experiences. Leverage historical data to forecast future performance, identify gaps, and refine discounting policies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Excel (data analysis, modeling, reporting automation)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis (sales performance tracking, pricing validation)
- 5+ years of experience with written and verbal communication (information sharing, team collaboration)
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
