As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how customers experience the brand and engage with its products and services. As a Program Manager within the Commercial Digital Experiences team, you will be a vital part of a dynamic, digitally focused B2B marketing group. You’ll lead high-impact data projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and marketing expertise to make a tangible impact on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead data initiatives aligned with the team’s roadmap, overseeing project management, data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and prioritize incoming data requests from marketers, working closely with product managers, privacy, legal, and engineering teams to ensure compliant data sharing.
- Champion data handling practices that adhere to industry regulations and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools that enhance data capabilities.
- Partner with data science teams to develop models and methodologies that support marketing objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and data landscape to ensure accurate and relevant data usage.
- Recommend and implement reusable, self-service analytics solutions for increased efficiency and business impact.
- Transform complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.
- Develop and operationalize digital engagement scoring models to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Own annual forecasting, performance tracking, and executive reporting, delivering actionable insights that inform strategy and drive accountability.
- Lead and participate in pilot programs exploring innovative approaches to data, insights, and customer engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics) and 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data science
- OR Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
- 8+ years of experience in data strategy and governance.
- 8+ years of experience in predictive analytics and scoring.
- 7+ years of experience in customer journey analytics.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years in data architecture, modeling, governance, and SQL.
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, segmentation, CDP management, and project leadership.
- 2+ years working with marketing tech platforms.
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.89 to $72.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
