This exciting opportunity focuses on building best-in-class digital tools for claims adjusters, improving their efficiency and the customer experience. You will be a key player in a mature UX team, collaborating with content designers and researchers to create user-centered designs that are both highly functional and intuitive.
What You’ll Do:
- Create user-centered design solutions from concept to completion, incorporating ease of use and best-in-class interaction design principles.
- Develop conceptual sketches, detailed design specifications, and ensure adherence to brand and design system standards.
- Work across all design phases: conceptual design, storyboards, persona development, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research, concept testing, and usability testing, incorporating feedback to optimize solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and developers, throughout the product lifecycle.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of UX/product design experience.
- Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Expertise in at least two of the following: visual design, UX design, prototyping, information architecture, front-end development, user research.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Online portfolio showcasing UX work and/or case studies.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with insurance claims.
Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.62 to $56.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
