What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking accommodations, providing empathetic and informed guidance.
- Efficiently manage the entire accommodation process, from intake and documentation review to implementation and follow-up.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all parties involved, keeping them updated on the status of their requests.
- Maintain meticulous records and utilize case management systems to track requests and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and fair application of accommodation policies.
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- 1+ years of experience collaborating effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- 1+ years of experience navigating conflict situations constructively and professionally.
- 1+ years of providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving issues.
- High school diploma/GED
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA regulations.
- Experience with case management systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
