As a Lead Buyer Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how consumers experience their products. You will be an integral part of the North America Consumer x Marketplace Operations team, directly impacting product availability and driving sales within their retail channels. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical skills with your passion for the sports and retail industry. We are seeking two Lead Buyer Associates – one to support the Unite/Clearance business and another to support the Inline business.

As a Lead Buyer Associate, you will:
- Partner with Buyers, Planners, and Allocators to ensure accurate and timely product buys for retail locations.
- Manage and enter weekly/seasonal buys into the designated system (SAP).
- Support the team with order entry, contract moves, and price maintenance.
- Investigate and maintain product information across various systems.
- Respond to inquiries and participate in team meetings.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a data-intensive role (3+ years without a degree).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with product data management in information systems or databases.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.99 to $23.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
