Job Title: Product Manager – Golf Category

Location: Convington GA- 100% on-site

Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead product development and marketing initiatives across all golf product categories. This role is responsible for developing product strategies that drive consumer demand, grow market share, and achieve sales objectives. The Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of golf products, from market research and development to messaging and go-to-market execution.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of product development across all golf categories.
     

  • Develop and communicate compelling product and brand messaging to consumers, accounts, and media.
     

  • Recommend and support marketing strategies that align with business objectives and product positioning.
     

  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
     

  • Collaborate with the Director and VP of Marketing to build effective advertising campaigns and product stories.
     

  • Define and manage pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
     

  • Evaluate product offerings and consumer feedback to guide design, messaging, and differentiation.
     

  • Manage accessory design development in partnership with the Accessory Manager, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
     

  • Support sales teams by providing accurate product information and relevant updates.
     

  • Conduct marketing surveys and concept testing through internal efforts or external partners.
     

  • Partner with R&D and fitting teams to develop product claims and messaging using data insights.
     

  • Work cross-functionally with global partners, including Bridgestone Sports Japan, to ensure product alignment and strategic cohesion in international markets.
     

  • Ensure all product assets and information are current and consistent across platforms.
     

  • Lead execution of product launches, working closely with marketing team members to ensure timely and effective rollouts.
     

  • Stay informed on industry developments, technologies, and consumer behavior through ongoing research and media monitoring.
     

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required or 2-4 years of relevant experience equivalent
     

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the golf or sporting goods industry.
     

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
     

  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
     

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
     

  • Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the industry is a must

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $95k to $125k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
