This role is pivotal in aiding the sales team by collecting data and deeply analyzing market sales trends to pinpoint opportunities and risks for brand growth. You will create informative reports and oversee the distribution of information across various channels and departments. The position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is a hybrid position working 3 days a week at our Jersey City, New Jersey headquarters and 2 days from home.
As an Analyst within the Wholesale team, you will support the Sales department by providing detailed reporting aimed at driving incremental sales, including crucial Sell Thru reports that spotlight our successes and growth opportunities in US Wholesale.
You will contribute to the Sales Analytics Team by developing innovative methods to track and report on selling trends and market intelligence, adapting to the evolving business landscape.
Your role will also encompass establishing consistent best practices and offering ongoing, tailored support to the Sales Team, addressing a wide range of individualized needs with content enriched by critical thinking and thorough analysis.
You will craft and refine comprehensive reports for the Sales team, which will serve as a cornerstone for strategic business decisions.
By developing intuitive dashboards, you will empower key stakeholders to make informed choices and steer their business accounts effectively.
Your role involves gathering data from our wholesale partners, ensuring its accuracy, and constructing reports that are updated and presentation-ready on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedule.
You will exemplify collaborative excellence by working seamlessly with colleagues across different departments, reinforcing the strength of our team through unity and shared objectives.

- Proficiency in clearly and effectively conveying ideas and information in both written and oral forms, including adept non-verbal communication.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Sales Operations support, in lieu of the degree.
- Pragmatic and innovative problem-solving approach with a strong analytical foundation.
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and non-verbal channels.
- Proficient in data-driven storytelling.
- Robust problem-solving and teamwork abilities, with a flair for creative thinking.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and establishing best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferred experience with Power BI and IBM Cognos.
- Familiarity with POS data, SPS Commerce reporting, and SAP reporting is advantageous.
- Professional conduct that reflects honesty, integrity, courtesy, and respect.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.60 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
