Our major Healthcare client is looking for a Digital Producer to work with their Inclusive Digital Experience Team. As the Digital Producer for the Inclusive Digital Experience (IDX) team, you will be the operational force behind one of the company’s most strategic accessibility initiatives. This role ensures IDX workstreams move forward with clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across teams, tools, and timelines. You’ll lead with empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of accessibility, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Execution
- Own project plans, sprint schedules, and milestone tracking for accessibility training, tool deployment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate team rituals: sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and cross-functional check-ins.
- Collaborate closely with scrum master to coordinate backlog, sprints, priorities and deliveries.
Champion Digital Accessibility
- Ensure all deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and reflect inclusive design principles.
- Collaborate with SMEs to integrate accessibility into upstream planning and downstream delivery.
Orchestrate Vendors & Tools
- Manage external partners (e.g., Level Access, Fable, DataWrapper, AltText.ai) and coordinate service-level agreements, deliverables, and adoption plans.
- Oversee deployment and documentation of IDX tooling, ensuring system configurations align with
- stakeholder needs.
Enable Systems Thinking
- Connect IDX activities to broader enterprise platforms (e.g., Brand Center, Global Design System).
- Support governance documentation and process templates for scale.
Drive Communication & Reporting
- Build clear communication frameworks across internal and external collaborators.
- Track key metrics (WCAG scores, adoption rates, completion milestones) and generate progress reports for leadership.
Skills:
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a digital or healthcare setting.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, digital production tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Figma, MS Teams, Mural).
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA and digital accessibility principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
- Calm, curious, and solutions-oriented—especially under tight deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
