What You’ll Do:
Partner with the creative team to develop strategies that achieve client objectives and create unforgettable brand experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Generate innovative creative concepts for clients, drawing upon a deep understanding of brands, consumer behavior, and cultural trends.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to unearth insights and ideas that resonate with clients and translate into impactful, memorable brand experiences.
Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns and communication strategies, providing strategic copywriting aligned with client business goals.
Must-Haves:
5-8 years of creative experience in brand marketing, PR, or related fields
Strategic and creative thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate ideas into actionable plans that achieve client business goals
Advanced to fluent business English and business-level Japanese
Comprehensive understanding of B2B and B2C experiential marketing, content creation, and integrated campaigns
A sharp sensitivity to brand positioning and industry trends, coupled with a passion for embracing new challenges
Enthusiasm for crafting world-class brand experiences leveraging social media, PR, and online/offline activations
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and teams
Strong time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within deadlines
Proactive attitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to express opinions effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients to achieve shared goals
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with specific social media platforms or emerging technologies.
