As a Producer, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of brand experiences and events. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and oversee all aspects of production from concept to completion. Your ability to build strong client relationships, manage resources effectively, and deliver exceptional results will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing solutions that align with client objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Lead and mentor a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Develop creative concepts and oversee their implementation, ensuring high-quality execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into project plans.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, B2B campaigns, and digital experiences.
Business-level fluency in English and intermediate or above business proficiency in Japanese.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience in consumer engagement and activation, meetings and events, and the digital field.
Understanding of the latest technology trends and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
