We are seeking a passionate and strategic Customer Experience & Learning Content Manager to elevate the way we engage, educate, and empower our teams to deliver exceptional service across in-store and online experiences. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through insightful service training, educational content creation, and global market collaboration. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of what makes customer experiences memorable and brand-enhancing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Strategy

  • Bring a deep understanding of both in-store and online customer behavior and what drives memorable brand interactions.

  • Champion best-in-class service practices that drive customer loyalty and retention.

  • Support employee upskilling efforts to enhance frontline team capabilities in creating brand-aligned experiences.

Learning Content Development

  • Develop, write, and produce engaging educational materials (digital and physical) including product training, service guidelines, and digital learning modules.

  • Create global education content such as videos, testimonials, and tutorials that communicate brand values and product usage.

  • Translate customer experience insights and service trends into impactful learning programs for global teams.

Global Collaboration & Feedback

  • Partner with global markets to gather feedback on service education rollouts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, communications, social, beauty tech, and digital to ensure consistency and alignment.

Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and track service KPIs across markets.

  • Provide actionable insights and follow-up to support continuous improvement in customer experience delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, ideally spanning both in-store and online environments.

  • 3+ years of experience in learning content creation.

  • Proven project management capabilities, with experience leading and executing cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail or other customer-facing experience.

  • Experience in learning development and facilitation.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.

  • A creative thinker with a natural aptitude for solving problems and generating ideas.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.90 to $41.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
