This exciting opportunity will place you at the heart of the e-commerce operations, working closely with internal marketing and creative teams. You will be the driving force behind ensuring smooth processes and efficient management of the day-to-day e-commerce activities. Your ability to multitask, maintain meticulous organization, and possess a keen eye for detail will be essential to your success. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between site experience and site content teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your sharp communication skills and ability to push back on timelines, manage deliverables, and maintain a weekly project tracker will be instrumental in keeping projects on track and achieving key objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full Product Detail Page process, collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all market requests, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Manage and maintain the global animation calendar, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Track asset adoption, ensuring consistent implementation across all platforms.
- Conduct thorough site audits for all global markets, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Manage digital PIM/DAM, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on each animation package before final release to markets.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape, staying ahead of the curve and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Develop detailed project plans for animation campaigns, monitor progress, manage cross-functional reviews, QA delivery, and market release management.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical PM to ensure the brand layer master site is up-to-date for market reference and all assets are created according to specifications.
- Lead the organization and logistics of the annual Global Digital Forum, showcasing your leadership and organizational skills.
- Manage the 3D packshots and textures process for Global and other markets, ensuring high-quality visual content for e-commerce.
- Oversee all pack content, including videos and product laydowns, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with a proven track record of driving sales growth and a deep understanding of the consumer journey.
- Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Corporate experience.
- Experience working with global markets, particularly in the APAC region.
- Experience with social media and a strong aesthetic sense.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.90 to $51.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
