Technical Product Manager

You will collaborate with engineering and customer teams to define and prioritize requirements, manage project scope and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and making a tangible difference in the fight against cybercrime.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Manage project resources, including procurement, development, motivation, coaching, and advising of project staff.
• Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
• Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, rollout plans, and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
• Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
• Deliver presentations to steering committees and project sponsors.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven project management experience.
• Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.
• Proven adaptability and judgment in changing environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
• Strong risk assessment skills and application of management principles to technology and business functions.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in written and verbal communication.
• 8+ years of experience writing technical requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with prioritization and trade-offs.

Nice to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tooling.
• Threat intelligence experience (understanding of cybersecurity or threat intelligence).
• Leadership experience in product management.
• PMP or PMI certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.23 to $66.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
