This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital security. You will collaborate with engineering and customer teams to define and prioritize requirements, manage project scope and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and making a tangible difference in the fight against cybercrime.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Manage project resources, including procurement, development, motivation, coaching, and advising of project staff.
- Collaborate with functional project teams to define business requirements.
- Lead developer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, rollout plans, and procedures.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
- Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes.
- Deliver presentations to steering committees and project sponsors.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven project management experience.
- Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.
- Proven adaptability and judgment in changing environments with competing priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate with partners at all organizational levels.
- Strong risk assessment skills and application of management principles to technology and business functions.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in written and verbal communication.
- 8+ years of experience writing technical requirements.
- 8+ years of experience with prioritization and trade-offs.
Nice to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tooling.
- Threat intelligence experience (understanding of cybersecurity or threat intelligence).
- Leadership experience in product management.
- PMP or PMI certification.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.23 to $66.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
