Ready to make a real impact on the digital marketing landscape? As a Digital Marketing Manager with Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative campaigns for a leading global organization. You will own and drive digital strategies, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the marketing team, you will:

  • Own digital campaigns from strategy development to execution and reporting, focusing on key performance indicators and emerging trends.
  • Spearhead experimentation, from hypothesis generation to presenting results to leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Develop and analyze performance metrics, translating data insights into compelling narratives to guide business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement optimal customer journeys, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to automate processes and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Focus on high-impact initiatives, shaping the direction of customer engagement and brand presence.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, encompassing website and device optimization within a large global entertainment company( ideally streaming services)
  • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, collaborating with product teams and influencing go-to-market strategies.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated analytical capabilities in marketing, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and data management, with a focus on customer and performance data analysis.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer engagement, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • 2-4 years of experience in campaign planning and execution, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, to effectively convey complex information and influence stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to execute marketing strategies, coupled with a desire to develop and refine strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.64 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
