We’re looking for a Lead Merchant, for  Footwear. You will be responsible for managing a growing and profitable business in North America. You will lead and own a business for a diverse portfolio of FW products for the entire NA Marketplace.

This role requires the ability to partner with key x-functionally (Planning, Account Merchandising, Marketing and Sales) to ensure consumer-focused merchandising strategy tailored to the geography, build and sell in consumer-focused assortments. Having a strategic vision, strong communication skills to influence a point of view, marketplace & consumer knowledge, and the ability to span multiple seasons will be critical for this role to create impact, fuel healthy growth, and drive results in this key account. Building trust, relationships and a strong team culture while leading with courage through ambiguity will be critical to success.

Looking for an individual with Footwear experience in Retail or Sporting Goods business.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.19 to $41.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
