Our client offers an exciting opportunity to contribute across their business, living at the intersection of hardware, games and community. As a key member of the team, you’ll provide critical go-to-market (GTM) support for devices, helping to drive impactful launch and sustain campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute outbound marketing plans, ensuring seamless execution of product launches and ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end product launch and sustain GTM support for devices roadmap
  • Assist in development, distribution and maintenance of product assets and copy
  • Support marketing toolkit creation including partnering with key stakeholders, developing project workbacks, managing reviews, and facilitating established v-teams in GTM product launches and initiatives
  • Partner closely with our Lifecycle marketing team on sales and retention efforts including monthly and ad hock CRM and in-product campaigns.
  • Work closely with our Game Marketing teams to understand and support synergies and opportunities between devices team and key game beats in effort to land integrated marketing support
  • Support applicable game GTM plans with hardware device integrations
  • Track and monitor progress of asset development and deployment
  • Ensure seamless support across internal partner teams and owned channels
  • Sales and special offers support including operational support, asset toolkit development and coordinating with category and sales on reporting metrics
  • Understand and maintain Custom Hardware program guidance, help to educate internal teams on HW compliance, support review of custom hardware proposals and track approved executions across the devices team
  • Coordinate, place and track hardware sample orders across devices teams
  • Responsible to drive product value proposition design working closely with product development/planning, pricing, positioning, and business/revenue strategy for a product(s).

Experience:

  • 7+ years global product marketing and/or global marketing experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating complex cross-functional v-teams
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Microsoft or gaming marketing experience
  • Strong ability to facilitate integrated GTM campaigns and plans

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61.98 to $68.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
