Our client is looking for a hybrid Creative & Program Manager (or an is a similar title Account Manager) with a strong background in strategic account management and cross-functional leadership to join our Creative Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operations—someone who can drive best-in-class creative execution while ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and marketing goals.
As a key partner to both internal teams and stakeholders, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, direct mail, and digital platforms (e.g. site banners). You’ll collaborate closely with brand, channel, and creative leads to translate marketing strategies into clear creative deliverables—ensuring every project is well-scoped, on-brief, and delivered with excellence.
*** This role is fully remote BUT you must be EST time zone. Please note: if there is a perm offer given, there is a onsite 3 days a week requirment for perm employees. That said, you would need to commute in, to one of the local hub areas: BOS or FL (open to relocation as well if offer given)**

What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to brand, marketing, and channel teams—understanding their goals, advising on creative strategy, and managing a clear roadmap for all incoming work.
- Lead the full creative process lifecycle: from brief intake and resource allocation to creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and asset delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Production to ensure concepts align with business strategy, campaign objectives and customer-first thinking.
- Convert creative briefs into actionable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resourcing needs using workflow tools.
- Own the creative pipeline and prioritize projects based on business impact, available resources, and deadlines.
- Review in-progress creative to ensure it meets brief requirements and stays aligned with the intended strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder presentations, capture and synthesize feedback, and guide revisions to maintain creative integrity while meeting objectives.
- Forecast, track, and report on project health—proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Champion quality control and consistency through the final delivery of all creative assets.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in creative project/program management, account management, or campaign execution within a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment.
- eCommerce and/or Retail account management experience preferred. International marketing experience is a bonus!
- A strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics, particularly across digital, social, email, direct mail, and web.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on quality, alignment, and performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you can confidently present to senior stakeholders and navigate feedback with diplomacy and clarity.
- Strong organizational and operational acumen, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Figma, or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.
- Experience with file and asset management in a shared server/location, enterprise level project management software environment
- Passion for creative excellence, customer-centric storytelling, and delivering high-impact work.
