About the Role:
Join our essential warehouse operations team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our daily processes. This position is central to our warehouse operations, directly impacting our ability to fulfill orders effectively. You will be responsible for the critical tasks of monitoring order information, preparing and distributing pick tags, managing material returns, and maintaining necessary supplies. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Monitoring: Track and monitor file downloads (SEIMA) for order extracts and order draws, as well as extracts within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pick Tag Management:
- Manually fold and sort pick tags according to assignments and routes.
- Distribute pick tags at a designated location (typically outside the computer room back door).
- Print and deliver various reports including TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, and Wave reports, as well as additional reports as needed or requested.
- Pick Tag Reprints: Execute reprint requests for customer pick tags, which may include whole tag files, by assignment, by sequence, or whole extracts.
- Material Returns: Print and break down tags for dealers and supervisors, process return envelopes, file paperwork, and prepare totes for delivery.
- Stock and Inventory: Manage and replenish daily supplies, including but not limited to MR tags, PC302 forms, tag printer ribbons, OVN tags, pick tags, green bar paper, and toners for various printers and copiers.
- WMS Launch Support: Provide support for WMS launch activities as needed.
- Basic IT Support: Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, such as identifying the appropriate support queue for user laptop issues.
Behind the Need:
This position is within the core warehouse operations team, which is fundamental to the daily functioning of the warehouse. The team is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of order information and the preparation of necessary documentation for order fulfillment. This opening is to backfill direct employee retirements, providing an opportunity to contribute to a stable and essential function within the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree: A 2-year technical degree is preferred.
- Experience: While warehouse experience is a plus, it is not strictly required. We are open to candidates with a decent technical aptitude and proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 to $25 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
