Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our Content Studio. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a key role in crafting designing visually stunning, on brand and engaging social media content, newsworthy moments, and presentations for some of the industry’s most talked-about events that effectively communicate and resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, social media, and creative strategists to develop cohesive visual narratives
- Develop and maintain brand integrity across multiple projects and mediums
- Keynote presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and stories
- Create consistent layouts with strong attention to detail and hierarchy
- Provide creative solutions to storytelling hurdles and communicate design decisions effectively
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or MFA degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of agency or in-house experience in a comparable role
- Portfolio showcasing strong design skills and personal aesthetic
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Keynote
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Preferred
- Experience in Tech industry
- Experience with motion-based storytelling and animation tools
- Strong illustration and art direction background
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.46 to $63.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
