Our client is a s a leading  consumer packaged goods company renowned for innovative and sustainable products. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house agency team. About the Role:
The Creative Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative projects. You will be the central point of contact for project information, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, marketers, and product managers. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential to keeping projects on track, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Manage the project lifecycle for a variety of creative projects, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, digital assets, packaging design, and social media content.
Utilize Monday.com to create project timelines, track progress, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with creative teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate project kick-off meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.
Maintain organized project documentation and asset libraries.
Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within an in-house creative agency or marketing department at a CPG company.
Proven experience using Monday.com for project management. Demonstrate proficiency in creating boards, managing tasks, and utilizing integrations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Experience working with creative teams and understanding the creative process.
Familiarity with CPG marketing and branding is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
