Our client is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Partner Marketing Manager to lead the Americas affiliate marketing program, covering the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This role will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness by developing and executing strategic affiliate and direct response marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong background in performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and campaign execution. They should have the ability to extract valuable insights from digital signals and effectively communicate key findings to a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, this role will require collaboration with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

  • Ensure the flawless execution of affiliate campaigns across product and promotional launches throughout the year.

  • Build and manage partnerships with publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks to expand program reach and effectiveness.

 Performance Optimization & Data Analysis

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ROI, and efficiency to maximize revenue growth.

  • Oversee tracking, reporting, and attribution models to measure program effectiveness and ensure accurate partner payouts.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a best-in-class affiliate marketing program.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with paid media, brand marketing, and e-commerce teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with global teams to share insights, key strategic project updates, and future trend forecasts.

  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliate partners.

 Budget & Program Management

  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective growth and scalability.

  • Continuously evaluate new platforms, technologies, and partners to enhance program performance.

 

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Junction, Performance Horizon, or similar.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the retail, consumer electronics, or technology industries.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to affiliate marketing.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.78 to $77.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
