We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and collaborative self-starter with superb communication skills and a passion for achieving high impact, high quality results. Other competencies required include the ability to define clear goals, develop thoughtful, creative marketing strategies that are grounded in a deep understanding of our community of players. This is a cross-functional role. You will partner closely with several teams, as well as the broader marketing team, to build and manage integrated co-marketing campaigns for gaming communities across console and PC. You do not need to be a gaming expert to succeed in this unique and fun role – though you may become one!

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic co-marketing partnerships, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring seamless integration of brand partners both in-game and across marketing channels
  • Serve as the operational lead in managing day-to-day communication with brand partners, agency collaborators, and internal teams, ensuring all elements of the partnership move forward on schedule
  • Coordinate across internal teams, including licensing, creative marketing, and Partnerships & Lifestyle, to deliver world-class execution of partnerships
  • Manage the detailed logistics and timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts to bring each partnership element to life
  • Support partnership teams with pitch deck creation, negotiation and partner management, providing key insights and direction to ensure all parties are aligned on goals, deliverables, and expectations
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of social impact initiatives, collaborating with studio teams to drive strategic goals and measurable results
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership performance, using metrics and insights to refine execution strategies and maximize the value of each integration
  • Act as the primary executor of marketing-related contracts, ensuring business terms align with the partnership’s goals and are followed through during execution
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Products team to create game-themed merchandise to eventize key game releases

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience leading product or partner marketing activities, with a focus on strategic execution in entertainment, licensed IP, or consumer product industries
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-faceted partnerships across gaming, entertainment, or tech sectors, with demonstrated experience driving projects from concept to completion
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented project manager with ability to lead end-to-end execution, including integrating brand partners into in-game experiences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overcoming obstacles to deliver results
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar product lines and partnerships, meeting deadlines while juggling multiple complex projects
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across departments, driving partnerships forward and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time
  • Experience in licensing and sponsorship deal negotiations, with comfort handling contractual language and closing agreements that align with partnership objectives
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present results, insights, and updates to various levels of stakeholders through presentations, reports, or dashboards
  • Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented
  • Embodies a “consumer-first” mindset, balancing customer experience with business goals to deliver high-impact partnerships
  • Passion for gaming and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends and a vision for impactful co-marketing partnerships
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68 to $76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
