Sr Product Desinger

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our energy technology client’s products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-centered solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate Impact: Contribute directly to ongoing projects, demonstrating a strong ability to jump in and deliver results.
• UI/UX Design: Leverage your expertise in UI design to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Design System Proficiency: Effectively utilize our existing design system to maintain consistency and efficiency in your work.
• Ambiguity and Problem-Solving: Thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, gather feedback, and validate design decisions.
• Proactive Approach: Take initiative to schedule meetings, ideate solutions, and drive projects forward.
• Enterprise Software Design: Define and design a task management tool that meets the specific needs of our energy technology client’s users and aligns with our overall product strategy.
• Discovery and Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, identify pain points, and define clear goals for product development.
• UX Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive UX roadmap that guides the evolution of our energy technology client’s product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful product design projects.
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for solving complex problems and creating exceptional user experiences.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $75 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
