Graphic Designer (Part-time)

Overview

Our well-known Industrial client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team! This is a part-time role, working 3x a week onsite!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design a wide variety of print materials, emails and other communications items for both internal and external audiences from concept to completion
• Assist in the conceptualization of major projects
• Partner with different internal departments to develop visual solutions for multiple company projects and assist in the growth of our creative services group
• Must be timely, deadline-focused and maintain a sharp eye for detail

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• BFA/Bachelor’s Degree in a directly related field supported by a strong portfolio of work

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Graphic design and illustration ability (2-3 years)
• Demonstrated track record of success in creating graphics for engaging emails, websites, print materials and internal communications campaigns
• Ability to interface with vendor partners and printers
• Adobe Creative Suite (2-3 years with particular emphasis in Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office Suite (1-2 years)
• Ability to communicate design concepts with hand drawn solutions
• Intermediate sense of website graphic design/aesthetics
• Work Authorization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Agency experience, HTML proficiency, 3D design, photography, familiarity with the oil & gas or energy industry is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion. A fair amount of standing and walking is also required for the position.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35-$37/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
