Our well known financial services client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in product management and project delivery, preferably in the credit card and consumer risk sectors. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and Legal & Compliance to develop and enhance risk capabilities, driving an exceptional customer experience. You will define product strategy, manage stakeholders, and ensure project alignment with business goals.

This role is Hybrid in New York City, Wilmington, DE, or Richardson,TX. Our client is open to remote work for stellar candidates. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product strategy through quantitative and qualitative research to shape the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and legal teams to design and implement risk management solutions.
  • Articulate product vision, features, and requirements to gain organizational buy-in.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and work through the software development lifecycle with teams.
  • Identify, document, and enhance processes to improve efficiency in evolving environments.
  • Partner with other product managers and designers to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements in tools, services, and best practices.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management and project management.
  • Strong understanding of consumer risk in areas such as Collections, Recoveries, Credit, Fraud, or Issue Management.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
