The Artwork Project Manager, under the guidance of the Manager, is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of Promotional artwork for all brands iwthin this large beauty company’s portfolio.
Responsibilites:
- Set up and assignment of artwork approval tasks in Wrike
- Promo Brief Meeting and Promo Tracking Meeting
- Routing and managing artwork execution
- Monitoring and expediting promo mechanical approvals
- Monitoring and expediting promo proof approvals
- On-time release of all promo artwork
- Weekly Reporting in Wrike
Experience:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree or some college required
- 1-3 years of project management experience or exposure desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion.
- Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35-37.98an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
