Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will support campaign execution, media planning, and special projects, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. This role is strategy-focused, requiring a balance of marketing knowledge with business acumen to craft strategic marketing plans that drive key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Provide detailed documentation for planned campaigns.
  • Support quality control (QC) of campaign assets.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched in alignment with strategic plans.

Media Plans:

  • Identify engagement opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Ensure strategic adjustments are reflected in finalized campaign plans.
  • Align media proposals with the overall departmental strategy.

Projects:

  • Assist in special projects as directed by management.

Strategic Focus:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans that drive key KPIs.
  • Review and assess marketing data and company financial data to drive strategic perspectives.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies across various projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, media, social, or agency roles.
  • Proven experience in digital media, retail e-commerce, marketing/advertising technology, and on-site advertising.
  • Ability to review and assess marketing data and company financial data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record in driving key KPIs through strategic marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Ability to balance marketing knowledge with business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $ 40-43/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
