We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. To excel in this role, you will need to have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You also can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail. You have the capacity for planning in the short, medium, and long term, and have a creative attitude with strong presentation development skills. During a typical day/week, you will attend several cross-functional program / project status meetings, you will work independently curating research and resources, and you’ll obsess execution of our leadership events and priority projects.

What will you work on?

Within this role, you’ll perform a wide range of duties supporting the operations of the Technology team, focused on:

  • managing leadership events, including planning and production
  • producing, editing, and reformatting documents, including briefs and other communications being sent to executives
  • assisting with the project management of team initiatives
  • supporting the development of strategic and operational plans for the department
  • curating resources and conducting internet-based research
  • creating mechanisms for the tracking of team metrics

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management
  • Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence’
  • Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently, balancing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.40 to $42.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
