We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s East Coast Marketing team with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects and operations. The ideal candidate excels at organization, planning, implementation, and multi-tasking and has experience in project coordinating. In addition to these core skills, this role requires proficiency in data management and PowerPoint presentation design to enhance marketing efforts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with planning, coordinating, and execution of marketing projects such as emails, print, digital, direct mail, social media and more
  • Work closely with team members to support the successful execution of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate/ schedule social media posts
  •  Manage social engagement
  • Manage reporting of Google and App reviews
  • Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate project plans, progress, reporting and results effectively, ensuring presentations are polished, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analyzing project results, efficiency and suggesting improvements to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver the expected results
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to maximize team productivity and creativity.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution.
  • Build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Working Conditions:

  • Remote working environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise.
  • Majority of work performed at a computer in a seated position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and efficiently manage projects to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between different projects with ease
  • Comfortable gathering information quickly and efficiently
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • A team player with a positive “Can Do” attitude

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in Adobe Workfront
  • Energy industry or consumer products experience is preferred but not required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $36 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
