As the Marketing Insights Analyst, you will be instrumental in researching and providing key insights into market dynamics, competitor landscapes, customer behaviors, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on organizing and optimizing marketing data to inform strategic decision-making within the Marketing & Communications department.


  • Conduct thorough research to gather market intelligence, track trends, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of marketing and business data from various sources.
  • Transform data into actionable insights presented through visualizations such as charts, graphs, dashboards, and correlations, utilizing tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Services, Digital, and Marketing leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver comparative and correlative analyses to support business decisions and improve overall quality.

Qualifications: Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to degrees in business/marketing analytics, information systems, statistics, or marketing.


  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing data analyst experience required (flexible down to 3 years). 
  • Proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel and Access is essential, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, are necessary for success in this role.
