We are looking`for a Jr. Business Analyst to join our clients Credit Bureau Compliance team. In this role you will grow your skills as a Business Analyst, with a focus on career progression, and assist a collaborative team with meeting goals,
In this role you will:
- Conduct data validations and develop and lead small to medium business initiatives benefiting internal and external customers.
- Focus on credit bureau reporting and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance.
- Conduct data validation and auditing quality controls,
- Monitor process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments,
- Gather business requirements definition, testing, and project support.
Qualifications:
- Previous Business Analyst experience
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel User
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Previous experience in Fincance, Captive Finance, or Credit reporting is preferred but not required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 per hour Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
