Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations in the Owned Channel Strategy & Ops (OCSO) Tech Enablement team, you will be instrumental in the implementation of cutting-edge marketing technologies. Your expertise in marketing operations, change management, and digital technologies will drive the success of our owned channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the hiring manager of the Owned Channel Strategy & Ops (OCSO) Tech Enablement team.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of digital content management systems for Our Client’s owned channels, primarily email and app.
  • Support current tools outside their new integration, including enhancements and process mapping for campaign management and audience segmentation.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and initiatives for owned channels.
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and business partners.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional or organizational groups to drive marketing initiatives forward.


  • 4-8 years of experience in personalized owned channel marketing, including email, in-app marketing, offers, and marketing automations.
  • 3+ years of experience with digital content management systems to lead the optimization and implementation of an enterprise-level content platform
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, driving adoption of new marketing tools, and empowering end users.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of distilling data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $68 to $72/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
